Ideal base for exploring New York. It was clean, the staff was exceptionally kind, plus the service was excellent. The location was cool, easy walk to all interests. Room was bright & airy. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of meals. The complementary drinks in downstairs bar were very welcome.

Well-organised units with a bath tub. Generally everything was perfect, however the bathroom was very basic. Food was good & the bar was great.

We loved staff and rooms, felt like home. Exceptional view, a small balcony, perfect bed, too. It was a classy hotel in a downtown area. Moreover, A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper was 15 minutes' walk away:)))

Great value considering prices in New York. Absolutely brilliant views, fantastic beach, heated pool. The hotel was clean and every stuff member was particularly helpful. Rooms were absolutely fabulous here. The facilities were modern and easy to use. It was centrally located.

The stay was fairly nice! The reception was gorgeous and fairly clean. Super central location, it was in a vibrant area. The staff was ok, first-rate service. Had hot drinks in the lobby bar.
Air conditioner was a bit noisy; very very bad views.

The location was fabulous central, staff were happy to help. Booked terrific & normal room with city views. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. Enjoyed New York, the hotel was SOLID. The food we tried was appetising and they have lots of meals to choose from. Late check-out was useful.
